Collaborate with the Brazil Sales Team to understand client requirements and design value-driven solutions.
Work closely with the Global Solution Design Team to ensure alignment of local proposals with global solution architecture and best practices.
Conduct solution workshops, requirement analysis, and functional design sessions with clients.
Translate customer business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts of procurement solutions.
Provide guidance on integration requirements with ERP and third-party platforms.
Support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring proposed solutions are competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
Leverage experience from implementation projects to identify risks, best practices, and potential customizations.
Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape across procurement and supply chain platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in solution design, pre-sales, or consulting for enterprise software.
Hands-on exposure to implementation projects of procurement platforms (GEP, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP integrations and middleware.
Experience in procurement and supply chain business processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P).
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset to operate in matrix organizations across local and global teams.
Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into business value for clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
