What you will do

We are looking for a skilled professional with solid experience in procurement, strong organizational abilities, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership. This role bridges procurement expertise with commercial strategy support — ideal for someone who wants to broaden their impact in a fast-paced environment with international visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and CRM tools (inbound and outbound).
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs and fit with our solutions.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align efforts and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve established goals, within agreed quality criteria

What you should bring

Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Strong organizational skills, focus, and autonomy are essential for success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced Excel skills

Soft Skills:

  • Clear and empathetic communication (in both Portuguese and English)
  • Emotional resilience and professional maturity
  • Ability to engage with diverse profiles and lead conversations with openness and genuine connection

Languages:

  • Portuguese – Fluent
  • English – Advanced
  • Spanish – Intermediate (preferred)

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in consultative B2B services sales
  • Background as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) or in pre-sales/commercial roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and commercial campaigns
