What you will do

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a technical and proactive mindset to join our development team. This person will play a key role in building the quality foundation of the squad, going beyond traditional QA by working extensively with test automation and process structuring.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structuring of the QA area from the ground up within the development squad;

  • Design, write, and maintain automated tests to ensure end-to-end product quality;

  • Collaborate closely with developers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines;

  • Validate features from both a technical and end-user experience perspective;

  • Help define and implement scalable QA standards, practices, and tools;

  • Actively participate in technical discussions and decisions related to software quality;

  • Propose and carry out proofs of concept (POCs) to validate automation strategies and new technologies.

What you should bring

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in software testing, especially automated testing;

  • Familiarity with programming languages and software development best practices (preferably with a developer mindset);

  • Experience with test automation tools (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.);

  • Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;

  • Knowledge of manual testing with a strong focus on user experience;

  • Ability to work independently and in a structured way, taking the lead on QA initiatives.

Differentials:

  • Experience (or hands-on studies) with AI applied to software testing;

  • Experience leading or participating in POCs for test automation or AI-driven testing;

  • Previous experience as the first QA on a team or involvement in early-stage QA team setups.
