What you will do

  • Support the analyst team by participating in the onboarding process of new clients and going through the various stages of the customer journey;

  • Assist in monitoring request and inquiry tickets, directing them to the appropriate teams for resolution and ensuring timely responses;

  • Monitor active accounts by analyzing data to identify opportunities for potential new business and solutions;

  • Assist with administrative tasks;

  • Follow-up with activies account and identifying new opportunities.

What you should bring

Good communication skills.

Active listening:

Ability to understand the customer's needs before responding.

Showing attention and patience when dealing with doubts or complaints.

Emotional Control:

Remaining calm under pressure and dealing with difficult feedback without losing motivation.

Good Organization and Time Management:

Knowing how to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and deal with deadlines.

Proactivity:

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to tools, processes and changes.

Teamwork:

Being collaborative, supporting colleagues and valuing feedback for growth.
English (intermediate, B1).

Basic technology skills:
- Proficiency with the Office/Google package (mainly Excel and presentations).
- Interest in learning about internal platforms, such as Costdrivers.
- Internal team support;
- Interaction with clients;
