What you will do

  • Welcome employees, candidates, expatriates, visitors, and clients, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments efficiently
  • Manage and organize meeting rooms, handling reservations, ensuring equipment functions properly, and the space is available
  • Oversee the supply and restocking of office supplies and the coffee area (Office Supplies)
  • Supervise the cleaning staff, janitors, and service providers, ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities
  • Handle the receipt, logging, and distribution of mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team when necessary

What you should bring

  • Advanced English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendliness and cordiality
