What you will do

• You will understand the existing business processes for products in scope

• Setup users, product workflows, templates and other elements in GEP application
• Configure individual Products per Client's needs & data collected
• Validate setup & configurations
• Execute User Acceptance

• Monitoring & Control tickets

What you should bring

• Expertise in customer assistance

• Knowledge in Supply Chain subjects, mainly procurement process

• Background in IT, Administration or engeneering
