What you will do

As part of the Corporate Finance team, you’ll support day-to-day activities including billing, processing invoices for payment and updating financial records. To be successful in this role, you should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. You’ll also be someone with integrity, great attention to details, understands data privacy standards and enjoys working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record monthly prepaid expenses for LATAM subsidiaries 
  • Record monthly fixed asset depreciation for LATAM subsidiaries 
  • Assist with audits, liaison with accountants for taxes.
  • Ownership of AP Process
  • Bank reconciliations for subsidiaries 
  • Facilitate leases and rental properties
  • Management and reconciliation of Corporate Credit Card program and expense reimbursement. 
  • Expense reporting training/query management and set up
  • Lead diversity & sustainability reporting

What you should bring

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, regulations and best practices
  • Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus. 
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense processing
  • Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ideal applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure meeting all departmental deadlines
  • English is a must. Portugese is a plus.
