What you will do

As an Analyst - Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining R scripts to support various data processing and analysis tasks within our team. Your expertise in R programming will be instrumental in automating repetitive tasks, performing statistical analysis, and building custom functions to enhance our data processing capabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Writing efficient and scalable R scripts to manipulate, clean, and analyze time series data;
- Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to implement statistical models and algorithms in R;
- Optimizing code performance and ensuring code reliability through rigorous testing and validation;
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members working with R-based tools and packages;
- Staying updated on the latest developments in the R programming language and integrating new features into our workflow.

What you should bring

Education: Graduation in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on and data analysis. Specialized coursework in R programming and statistical analysis is desirable.

Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in R programming language and its ecosystem, including packages for data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis;
- Proficiency in scripting and automating data processing tasks using RStudio or similar integrated development environments;
- Familiarity with version control systems for managing and collaborating on R code repositories;
- Attention to detail and the ability to write efficient, modular, and maintainable code.

Credentials/Differentiators:
- Demonstrated experience in developing R-based solutions for data analysis, statistical modeling, or data visualization projects;
- Contributions to the R community, such as package development, participation in forums or meetups, or contributions to open-source projects;
- Completion of relevant online courses or workshops in R programming and statistical analysis.
