What you will do

Gestão de leads receptivos: registros no CRM e sistemas de vendas, atualizações, relatórios, etc.

Qualificação de leads e pesquisas de informações online e por telefone

Apoio no processo prospecção de clientes: ativa e receptiva

Suporte no agendamento de reuniões para executivos de vendas, acompanhamento de reuniões comerciais, elaboração de resumos de reuniões (em inglês)

Suporte na gestão de informações de vendas, processos de follow-up com clientes internos e externos

Suporte no processo de cadastros em sistemas internos e de clientes

Apresentação sucinta das soluções ofertadas: consultoria,  outsourcing e tecnologia

Idealmente com conhecimento em soluções Supply Chain, Compras/Suprimentos e Logísitica

Suporte em campanhas de vendas e em ações de marketing

What you should bring

Formação superior completa: Marketing, Administração, áreas de Compras ou Supply Chain;

Excel avançado;

Conhecimento prévio em ferramentas de CRM, e-mail marketing, gestão de leads, etc;

Inglês intermediário a avançado – terá interações com times globais

Espanhol intermediário desejável

Vivência em vendas B2B, campanhas de vendas, prospecação de clientes, funil de vendas e processo comercial.
