What you will do

Sourcing Team support:

  • Collaborate with sourcing team on day to day ad-hoc sourcing requests, processes and analysis.
  • Assist with supplier management processes: new supplier identification, selection and negotiation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of project implementation plans to assure a successful program roll-out and compliance.
  • Analytical thinking towards identifying and suggesting to client best approach.
  • Preparation of documentation, tracking of process, dashboards, measures related to Sourcing environment.
  • Operative day to day follows up of expected assigned task under sourcing projects according to client requirements.

 

Data management and analysis:

  • Perform sourcing business data analysis according to the provided parameters.
  • Maintain documents, tools and reports and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct data analysis with the ability to quickly identify trends, discrepancies and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting market and supplier landscape analysis.
  • Monitor and report supplier evaluations and performance.
  • Monitor and report program compliance.

What you should bring

  • Education: High school diploma, 2-year Associate Degree (field related), Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 0-1 year previous procurement work experience.
  • Languages: required to be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Portuguese is a PLUS.

OTHER SKILLS

  • Knowledge of P2P tools - end user functionality, ERP/P2P systems SAP/Oracle (a plus).
  • In depth knowledge of purchase to pay processes.
  • Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures.
  • Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility. Highly effective communication skills with stakeholders & suppliers.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
